Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst

About the Job

Banyan Canopy Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst to join its Excellence Centre in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the analysis, design, and optimization of NetSuite solutions across various business functions. This is a critical position that bridges the gap between system capabilities and strategic business objectives, requiring a professional who is equally comfortable with high-level solution design and hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

The analyst will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, support complex system integrations, and mentor junior members of the team. This position offers extensive exposure to complex ERP environments, cross-functional processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that leverage modern tools to enhance reporting, efficiency, and organizational decision-making.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) based at the Karachi office. Working hours are 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis and Documentation

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements from various stakeholders to pinpoint functional needs
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including functional templates and technical specifications
• Develop clear system flow diagrams to illustrate business processes and system interactions

NetSuite Configuration & Customization

• Personally configure and customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
• Manage user roles, security settings, and workflow rules to guarantee appropriate access control

Data Management

• Oversee mass data imports and exports while maintaining strict data accuracy and consistency
• Lead data migration activities including data cleansing, field mapping, and validation

System Integration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between NetSuite and external applications
• Design and implement system enhancements and automation to optimize efficiency

User Training and Support

• Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver interactive sessions to end-users
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshoot user issues
