About This Role
A renowned packaging manufacturing company located at Port Qasim, Karachi is seeking experienced Machine Operators. This position is for qualified B.Tech or DAE graduates with 2+ years of production plant experience. Machine Operators will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- • Operate packaging machinery and equipment
- • Monitor machine performance and parameters
- • Perform routine machine maintenance
- • Ensure product quality standards
- • Record production data and metrics
- • Troubleshoot machine issues
- • Support production targets and schedules
- • Maintain workplace safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ B.Tech or DAE qualification in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical field
- ✓ Minimum 2 years of experience operating machinery at a production plant
- ✓ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- ✓ Ability to follow quality standards
- ✓ Safety consciousness and compliance awareness
- ✓ Attention to detail and accuracy
- ✓ Physical fitness for machine operation work
- ✓ Willingness to work in shifts (6 days/week)
