About This Role
Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Metering. This position is responsible for loading end-to-end design, deployment, and management of the metering ecosystem across KW&SC. The role is central to enabling accurate consumption measurement, NRW reduction, volumetric billing, and revenue enhancement.

Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Master's degree from HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline preferably with Engineering background
- ✓ Certification from a recognized accounting or relevant professional body (preferred)
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- ✓ At least 5 years in a leadership role in utilities (water, power, gas) or infrastructure sector
- ✓ Demonstrated experience in Metering systems (bulk and consumer), AMI/AMR technologies, Non-Revenue Water reduction programs, Large-scale project execution
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
