Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu is seeking an experienced Deputy Director Finance to oversee and manage all financial and accounting matters of the institution. This is a strategic position responsible for financial planning, budget management, and ensuring fiscal responsibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 03+ years post-qualification experience in finance/accounting
• ICMAP certification or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounts, or relevant field
• Experience in healthcare/hospital finance management preferred
• Knowledge of government regulations and financial procedures
• Candidates having article-ship in Tertiary-care hospitals with prior experience preferred

Experience

• Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in finance or accounting
• Proven financial management skills in healthcare or government institutions
• Experience with Macro & Micro economics and financial analysis
• Knowledge of hospital budgeting and financial planning procedures
• Experience with government compliance and audit requirements

Skills

• Proven financial management and accounting expertise
• Macro & Micro economics knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
• Well-versed in KP/PFA rules and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of charity organizations and donor management
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting matters of the institution
• Prepare detailed financial regulations and procedures approved by Management Committee and Board of Governors
• Advise the Finance Director on hospital investments and financial matters
• Assist in the development of Medical College and Hospital Budgets to the Dean, Finance, and Medical Director
• Ensure accurate preparation and timely financial reports
• Monitor financial transactions for transparency and fiscal responsibility
• Implement and monitor recommendations from Audit reports
• Maintain financial records as per institutional procedures
• The Deputy Finance Director will report through the Finance Director to Dean/Chief Executive Officer, HMC Hospital Director, Khalida Gul Nawaz Hospital, Medical Teaching Institution, Bannu
