GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• 1.Candidates must submit attested copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, domicile, state subject, and other relevant documents along with the prescribed application form, either in person or by post to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, P.C. 11100.
• 2.Certificates, transcripts, and detailed marks certificates issued before the last date will be accepted. Provisional or hope certificates will not be accepted.
• 3.The application form can also be downloaded from the University website: (http://www.uokajk.edu.pk). The downloaded application form must be accompanied by the original University Challan or Bank Draft as the application fee Rs. 6,050/- for Lecturer and Assistant Professor payable through University Challan forms available at authorized branches of Habib Bank Limited in Azad Kashmir, or by sending a Bank Draft of the same amount in favor of the Treasurer, University of Kotli (AJ&K). A large-sized self-addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 50/- postage stamps must also be included, sent at the applicant's own risk.
• 4.Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
• 5.The services as a teacher in High Schools/Embassy Schools/Degree Colleges/Cadet Colleges will not be counted as experience for appointment to a teaching post in the University.
• 6.The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally without assigning any reason.
• 7.All candidates will submit applications on the prescribed form.
• 8.Application forms indicating the posts should reach the office of the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, P.C 11100, latest by 25-05-2026.
• 9.University reserves right to increase or decrease positions.
• 10.Incomplete applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
