Qualification & Experiences

Educational Qualification:

• B.S./M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Systems or equivalent form HEC recognized university
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT Infrastructure, Software Systems or equivalent form HEC recognized university.

Professional Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience in IT systems management, network administration, or IT infrastructure deployment
• Experience in managing IT systems, servers, databases, and networks
• Knowledge of IT security, cyber-security protocols, cloud-based solutions, and IT infrastructure
• Experience in managing IT support teams and implementing IT solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
• Oversee network administration and server management
• Deploy and manage IT systems and software solutions
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting services
• Implement IT security protocols and cyber-security measures
• Manage IT budgets and procurement
• Supervise IT support staff and technical teams
• Coordinate IT systems upgrades and maintenance
• Ensure data security and backup systems
• Provide technology advisory services to departments
