Job Details

Qualifications & Experience

1. The candidate should possess a Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, or equivalent professional distinction, with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including at least five (05) years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, the non-profit domain, or international development.
2. The candidate must demonstrate a strong record of institutional leadership, including capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organizations, particularly those engaged in education, research, or public service will be considered a distinct advantage.
