Key Responsibilities

• • Manage Binance social media channels with daily engagement and community moderation
• • Drive community growth through referral programs and local activations
• • Launch social media campaigns with gamification (bots, quizzes, rewards)
• • Plan and execute offline meetups, workshops, and educational sessions
• • Coordinate with venues, partners, and vendors for events
• • Represent Binance at expos, student events, and Web3 forums
• • Support Binance Angels coordination and user onboarding
• • Collect community feedback and event insights for reporting
• • Capture user-generated content and testimonials

Requirements

• ✓ Current university student or recent graduate
• ✓ 0-2 years community support or events experience
• ✓ Strong understanding of Binance ecosystem and Web3 principles
• ✓ Deep knowledge of Binance products (Spot, P2P, Futures, Earn, Academy, etc)
• ✓ Expertise with Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X for community engagement
• ✓ Experience with Combot, quiz bots, mini-games, or community tools
• ✓ Proficiency with Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Notion, Asana, Trello
• ✓ Fluent in English for overseas coordination
• ✓ Self-starter with strong time management and reporting skills
• ✓ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
