About This Role
K-Electric seeks a Deputy Manager Training to bridge organizational vision with employee behavior through comprehensive training solutions. The successful candidate will conduct training needs analysis, design learning modules, develop instructional materials, facilitate training sessions, measure program effectiveness, and administer the Learning Management System. This role is critical for developing technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, interviews, and performance data
- • Design learning modules covering technical, soft skills, and compliance training
- • Develop instructional materials using design tools
- • Facilitate training sessions and mentor internal trainers
- • Measure program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model
- • Produce newsletters and visual dashboards using Canva and design tools
- • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
- • Coordinate with departments for training delivery
- • Evaluate and improve training programs
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Bachelor's degree minimum (required)
- ✓ Training and development experience (preferred)
- ✓ Professional certifications like Train the Trainer (TTT) or digital learning certifications (preferred)
- ✓ LMS administration experience
- ✓ Design proficiency with tools like Canva, Vyond, Articulate
