Qualifications

Experience Required
This is a faculty-entry position requiring a stellar academic record with no 3rd division throughout the candidate's academic career. However, the condition of 'no 3rd division' is waived for candidates holding a higher degree, such as a PhD, provided they have no more than one 3rd division in their entire academic history.

- Candidates must apply online through BZU website: jobs.bzu.edu.pk followed by submission of hard copies of duly signed online application form (one set) along with attested copies of degrees result cards transcripts and certificates. Applications other than online will not be entertained.
- Candidates should fill-in online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been given on BZU website i.e. www.bzu.edu.pk
- Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application form with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
- Applications must be accompanied with Computer Generated Bank Draft (Non-refundable) amounting to Rs.3,000/- for each post.
- In all cases, experience certificates must be issued from HR Department of the Employers

- A most recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form
- Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department must apply through proper channel within due date, otherwise application will not be entertained
- Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date
- Incomplete applications shall not be entertained and the candidate will be considered ineligible for the post.
- Candidates having foreign degree/certificate must attach Equivalence Certificate issued from the HEC/IBCC respectively.
- Application of candidates whose result is not officially announced by Controller of Examinations on or before closing date shall not be considered.
- Applications must be sent to The Registrar, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan by courier/postal services.
- Last date for submission of the application is 1st of June, 2026 during office hours.

- 3% quota will be reserved for disabled person if the candidate is disabled he/she will have to submit a certificate issued from Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of disabled person of Social Welfare Department.
- Eligibility/shortlisting of candidates shall be made in accordance with procedure laid down by the University
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and No TA/DA will be paid
- Nature of the post can be changed at the time of Selection as per instructions of Government of the Punjab
- The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any advertised post/withhold the appointment against any post without assigning any reason.
- The University will not be responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephone Message.

Following the online submission, a hard copy of the signed application form must be dispatched to the Registrar's Office along with attested copies of all academic transcripts, degrees, and certificates. A non-refundable computer-generated bank draft of Rs. 3,000 is mandatory for each post and must reach the university by June 1, 2026.
