Vacant Position & Detailed Eligibility Criteria

EPI Vaccinator — 40 Posts

• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Required Educational Qualification: At least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) in Science from a recognized Board.
• Technical Certification: A two (02) years Diploma in Health Technology from the Faculty of Paramedics & Allied Health Sciences KP Peshawar (FPAHS).

Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
8. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
9. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
10. Quota Allocation: 10% Quota shall be reserved for Female Candidates, 02 Percent Quota for disable Candidates and 0.5% Quota for Minorities candidates.
11. Recruitment of EPI Vaccinators will be purely on fixed pay for one year @ Rs. 40000/- per month.
12. The hiring/recruitment process will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026 as amended vide No. SO(POLICY)/E&AD/1-10/Initial Recruitment Rules 2026, dated 05/3/2026.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
14. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
15. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

The registration process must be executed completely through the online portal of the testing agency:

2. Deposit Slip Generation: After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip containing a unique token number, project code, and the candidate's personal information will be generated automatically.
3. Fee Payment: Take a clear printout of the generated deposit slip and pay the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa Agent, or at any commercial branch of UBL Bank.
4. Receipt Retention: After successful fee submission, candidates must keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing the bank's desired stamp or digital confirmation with themselves. Do not share this receipt with anyone else.
5. No Document Mailing: After applying online, candidates must not send any physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of certificates and transcripts will be demanded for scrutiny purposes later from candidates who qualify the screening test.
6. Timeline: The online application form has been active since 08th June, 2026. The absolute final date for online submission is 25th June, 2026.
7. Roll Number Slips: Roll Number slips must be downloaded and printed directly from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates will be notified via automated SMS alerts regarding slip availability. To ensure delivery, applicants are explicitly directed not to provide ported or converted mobile numbers.
8. Test Details: The exact test date, arrival time, and venue locations will be printed on the individual Roll No. Slip. No separate Call Letters will be issued to candidates through post or courier networks.
