About the Job

The Office of the District Health Officer (DHO), Haripur, under the administrative control of the Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, officially invites online applications from dynamic, qualified, and energetic individuals for dedicated public health service. Applications are open for the positions of EPI Vaccinator (BPS-equivalent contract) to strengthen the Expanded Program on Immunization across the district.

This recruitment drive aims to fulfill critical healthcare service gaps on a purely need-based, one-year contract basis, with the possibility of extension subject to performance and departmental requirements. Selected candidates will receive a competitive fixed package of Rs. 40,000/- per month.

To ensure absolute transparency, merit, and adherence to regional regulations, the entire screening and testing process will be independently managed by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA), Peshawar.

Vacancy Details

• Age Limit: 18–32 years
• Minimum Qualification and Experience: At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate with Science from recognized Board and Two years Diploma in Health Technology from Faculty of Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences (FPAHS) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Terms & Conditions (TORs)

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Apping Authority.
2. At the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Screening of candidates will be based on test conducted by ETEA.
4. Documents of Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be scrutinized for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
5. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
6. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
7. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
8. Application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
9. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
10. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
11. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes made in Service Rules/ATP rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly and reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
12. Quotas shall be observed in accordance with Government policy "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026" as amended vide No. SO(Policy)/E&AD/1-10/Initial Recruitment Rules 2026 dated 05/03/2026 from Establishment Department (Regulation Wing).
13. Recruitment of EPI Vaccinators will be purely on fixed pay for one year @ Rs. 40000/- per head per month.
14. The hiring/recruitment process will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026 as amended vide No. SO(POLICY)/E&AD/1-10/Initial Recruitment Rules 2026, dated 05/03/2026 from Establishment Department (Regulation Wing).
15. Short listed candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of interview.
16. The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate, in case of fake miss information/documents were found, their appointment order will be cancelled automatically.
17. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal Information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easy paisa app or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of qualify the testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk 10th June, 2026.
7. Last date for submission of online Application is 30th June, 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier service.

Expert Tips

• ETEA CNIC verification is mandatory before applying. Without verifying your CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise, your application cannot be submitted. Do this first before anything else.
• Your 2-year Health Technology Diploma from FPAHS KPK is the key eligibility document. Diplomas from unrecognized or non-FPAHS institutes will not be accepted. Confirm your institute's recognition status before applying.
• Apply early — the last date is 30 June 2026. Deposit the test fee via EasyPaisa or any UBL branch after generating your deposit slip from etea.edu.pk. Late or incomplete applications are rejected without notice.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel. If you are currently serving in any government or semi-government body, submit your application via your department along with an NOC to avoid disqualification.
