A renowned packaging manufacturing company located at Port Qasim, Karachi is seeking experienced Engineers to join their technical team. This position is ideal for Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineers with 2+ years of production plant experience. The successful candidate will contribute to production optimization, equipment management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage production processes and operations
- • Supervise equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- • Optimize production efficiency and quality
- • Implement process improvements and innovations
- • Monitor safety compliance and standards
- • Prepare technical reports and documentation
- • Lead technical teams and apprentices
- • Coordinate with cross-functional departments
Requirements
- ✓ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineering
- ✓ Minimum 2 years of work experience at a production plant
- ✓ Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing processes
