General Information

- The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the MTI Act-2015 as amended from time to time and under Regulations-2019 framed under the ibid MTI Act.
- Selection will be made through a Selection Committee constituted by the Board of Governors MTI DIKhan.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.

The Female Security Guards position at Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, MTI Dera Ismail Khan, is open exclusively to female candidates with at least FA/F.Sc qualification and an age limit of 30 years. Demonstrating awareness of the sensitivity of a hospital setting, particularly for female patients and visitors who prefer interaction with female security staff, will reflect positively during the interview.
Female security guards in a hospital are often stationed at entry points of female-specific wards, OPD areas, and the Women and Children Hospital block. Be prepared to discuss how you would manage entry screening of visitors, handle a situation involving a distressed patient or family member, and report a security incident calmly and clearly to the duty supervisor.
The selected candidate will carry out duties under the MTI Act-2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations-2019. In the interview, be ready to describe your understanding of working as a security guard in a regulated public sector hospital, including shift discipline, uniform and conduct standards, reporting to the security supervisor, coordination with hospital administration during incidents, and following hospital-specific security procedures. Be prepared to articulate the difference between general security guard duties and hospital-specific security responsibilities, particularly around maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
If you have prior experience as a security guard, school or college security, or government office security, mention it clearly in your Resume and be ready to describe your responsibilities. Even if your prior experience is not hospital-specific, relevant security experience demonstrates reliability and readiness for the role.
