GENERAL MANAGER WORKS
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager Works to lead manufacturing operations of our Cement Plant located at Chakwal. This senior position offers the opportunity to manage a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment while overseeing multiple technical departments and ensuring operational excellence.
- 1. Oversee the complete production process including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, product quality management, mining operations, workplace safety protocols, dispatch logistics, budget management, and leadership of all plant departments and staff.
- 2. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and develop Engineering & Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Dispatch, Mining, and Quality Control teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- 3. Maintain cost consciousness and safety focus to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and profitability across all departments while aligning plant operations with broader company strategic objectives and policies.
- 4. Drive operational improvements and ensure efficient functioning of machinery and equipment through predictive maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization initiatives to maximize plant capacity utilization.
- B.Sc in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) from a recognized university registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
- Minimum 25 years of experience in cement industry operations and management
- At least 3 to 5 years in a leading/senior management role within cement manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, maintenance management, and safety protocols
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities in manufacturing environments
