Qualification & Experience
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university. A Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field shall be preferred. Registration with the relevant professional body (PEC or equivalent) where applicable shall be desirable.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 20+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, energy, public-sector, institutional development, EPC, or turnkey projects.
- The candidate should have a proven track record in project planning, project execution, contract administration, procurement management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects. Experience in large-scale public-sector, educational, healthcare, energy, industrial, or infrastructure development projects shall be considered an added advantage.
- The candidate should possess sound knowledge of public procurement procedures, project development frameworks, contract management, financial controls, regulatory compliance, and project governance systems. Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, decision-making, and reporting capabilities are essential.
