Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work
The designated professional will oversee general office management alongside specialized internal IT coordination tasks:
Office Administration & Facility Management
- Manage daily office operations, administrative workflows, facility maintenance requests, and general office repairs.
- Oversee corporate asset management and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
- Lead vendor coordination, supervise the procurement of office supplies, and manage the maintenance of office equipment.

Financial & HR Operational Support
