Key Responsibilities
- • Learn and implement modern IT technologies to enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and security within a banking environment
- • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues, ensuring seamless IT operations across the Bank
- • Support the IT team in system administration, security management, and IT Infrastructure maintenance with focus on financial industry standards
- • Participate in software development, testing, and deployment activities, contributing to ensure secure and efficient banking applications
- • Collaborate with IT and business teams to document processes, improve workflows, and provide technical support for banking applications and infrastructure
- • Assist in database administration, data analytics and regulatory reporting to support business intelligence and compliance needs
- • Assist in IT project planning and execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining service continuity
- • Ensure adherence to IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector
- • Work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within a structured IT governance framework
- • Stay updated with emerging industry trends, regulatory changes and banking IT innovations, contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation
Requirements
- ✓ EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline of IT and/or Computer Science from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan
- ✓ AGE: Maximum 27 years as on last date of submission of application
- ✓ EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduates should apply. Candidates having 1 year of experience in any field of IT should be preferred
- ✓ Knowledge of modern IT technologies and banking systems
- ✓ Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards
- ✓ Good problem-solving and communication skills

Education
Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
Fresh graduates preferred, 1+ year IT experience preferred
