Our flagship platform, Inspeq, is designed for teams performing field inspections, audits, and compliance checks. It enables users to capture rich media (images, audio, video) and generate AI-powered actionable reports, evolving how inspections are performed and reviewed.

Role Overview

We are seeking a decisive personality figure for the position of Senior Technical Project Manager to guarantee the successful delivery of our product features and client projects. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and strong communication skills. You will supervise the entire product lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to define product goals, scope, and deliverables. You are expected to lead from the front with a positive, self-driven mindset.
• SDLC Management: Ensure the proper software product life cycle is applied and that significant software design patterns and principles are maintained across all domains.
• Execution & Monitoring: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor work-in-progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Client Representation: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating their needs into technical requirements and representing the company with excellence.
• Risk & Quality: Identify and mitigate project risks, implement delivery plans, and oversee timely bug-fixing management.
• Tech Planning: Maintain comprehensive product documentation and utilize project management and source control tools effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management.
• Skills: Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall).
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and professional writing skills.
• Certification: PMP or similar certification is a significant plus.

Technical Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Data Dashboards.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and database management.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
