Expert Advice for Applicants
- Quantify Your Governance and Reporting Scale: As a Chief of Staff, your capacity to handle massive operational cadences is what sets you apart. Structure your CV bullets to highlight the exact scale of your past roles—for example: "Managed the executive governance cadence, MBRs, and QBRs for a regional tech business unit representing $150M+ in annual revenue."
- Lead with ICT and P&L Literacy: This role reports to the SSG KSA Sales Director and requires strong commercial instincts. Make sure your resume explicitly mentions your familiarity with P&L dynamics, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business models, and corporate tech terminology.
- Demonstrate Matrix Navigation Skills: Lenovo operates across 180 markets. In your application and potential screening interviews, focus heavily on examples where you successfully brought alignment between conflicting regional teams (e.g., matching local country operations with global corporate mandates) without having direct hierarchical authority over them.
