Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director Finance - PPP Node under the Strategy Division. This position is responsible for financial modeling as well as comprehensive investment evaluation, ensuring that KW&SC's infrastructure projects are bankable and structured to attract robust private and development finance.

Requirements

• ✓ Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or a relevant degree in Financial Accounting OR CA/ACCA/CFA/CMA/CIMA (Associate or Fellow Member)
• ✓ Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in finance-related roles, including investment banking, corporate banking, financial or infrastructure transaction advisory, project finance, corporate finance, capital markets, investment management, investment research, development finance, financial and tariff modeling, utility sector finance
• ✓ Managing PPP projects, with primary responsibilities involving financial analysis, financial modeling, investment evaluation, or financing/credit assessment of projects or corporates
• ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
