About This Role
Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Manager / Director HR Operations under the Human Resource Division. Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ MBA or BBA (4-years program) preferably in HR or an equivalent degree
- ✓ Certification in HR such as SHRM, HRIP, etc. (preferred)
- ✓ Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience including 2 years in a senior role in HR Operations
- ✓ Proven expertise in leading digital transformation and sound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- ✓ Sound expertise in labour laws, IR frameworks, and compliance governance
- ✓ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics tools
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years
