We are seeking expert BI Dashboards / Performance Reporting Evaluators to review and assess AI-generated work products (including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks) for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. In this role, you will apply your deep subject-matter expertise to grade AI outputs, helping to shape and enhance the next generation of AI systems.

Job Details

• Position: BI Dashboards / Performance Reporting Evaluator
• Compensation: $80 – $120 / hour
• Type: Hourly Contract, Fully Remote (Flexible Schedule)

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured, and rigorous written feedback to improve model performance.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in BI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in English.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with specific expertise in presentation software (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Nice to Have:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.

Contract & Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed entirely on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on organizational needs and your performance.
• Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise.
