Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assisting engineering and business development teams with end-to-end project execution, asset optimization, and process improvements within the plant.

Requirements

• Education: Currently a 3rd or final-year undergraduate student, preferably pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Availability: Must be available to commit to a full-time schedule for the entire duration of the summer internship period (6–8 weeks).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and learning agility. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams. A strong passion for the FMCG industry and a growth-oriented 'challenger' mindset.
