Expert Advice
- Since this role sits at the intersection of Business Development and Engineering within a major manufacturing plant (Hub), generic coursework will not make an application stand out. Candidates should explicitly showcase any hands-on engineering projects, lab work, or automated systems they have developed on their resume. Mentioning metrics like efficiency gained or errors reduced is highly recommended.
- Mondelēz explicitly seeks individuals with a 'challenger mindset' who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should prepare to demonstrate their adaptability. Highlighting an instance where a new tool, software, or technical concept had to be learned quickly under a tight deadline will show the necessary agility.
- This internship is located at the Hub manufacturing facility. Candidates who emphasize familiarity with industrial safety, supply chain concepts, or manufacturing processes will have an advantage. Demonstrating an understanding of the operational reality of a plant floor gives applicants a significant edge over purely theoretical candidates.
