About the Job

Mufti Mehmood Memorial Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Dera Ismail Khan is inviting applications from eligible male candidates for the position of Assistant Manager IT (Networking). This role is responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and strategic development of the institution's digital infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of hospital management systems and the advancement of digital healthcare services.

Purpose of the Role

• Manage and support all hospital IT systems, especially the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), to ensure smooth 24/7 administrative operations.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review the overall IT and HMIS strategy in alignment with organizational goals and healthcare standards.
• Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation of clinical and administrative processes, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure management, system performance, network availability, and user support services.
• Coordinate with departmental heads and stakeholders to assess IT needs and implement appropriate technological solutions.
• Prepare basic IT reports, inventory, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BS Computer System Engineering.
• Certifications: Must be CCNA and CCNP certified.
• Experience: 07 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed Public/Private organization.
• Key Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and system integration.
• Proven experience in team supervision, task management, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with system upgrades, troubleshooting methodologies, and performance optimization techniques

General Information

1. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the MTI Act-2015 as amended from time to time and under Regulations framed under the ibid MTI Act.
2. Selection will be made through a Selection Committee constituted by the Management of MMM-MTI DIKhan.
3. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
4. MMM-MTI DIKhan reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
