1. Finance Director

  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CFA will be preferred.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, preferably in the public sector, healthcare sector, or an autonomous body.
  • At least 03 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position, such as Director Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Finance Department, or 05 years of experience as Deputy Treasurer, Deputy Director Finance etc.
  • Tenure of Appointment: Appointed for a term of three (03) years and eligible for re-appointment subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.

2. Medical Director

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Pay Scale (IPS): 11
  • Age Limit: 40 to 55 years
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification from an institution or University recognized by PM&DC/PMC; And
  • F.C.P.S (Cardiology/Cardiac surgery) or M.D. / M.S. (Cardiology / Cardiac surgery), FRCS, Membership or Fellowship of a Royal College (UK), Diplomate of the American Board or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty recognized/registered by the PMDC/PMC.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum Ten (10) years of post-fellowship experience in a recognized healthcare institution; and
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a clinical leadership role such as Medical Director, Head of Department, or an equivalent position;
  • At least ten (10) research publications in standard medical journals approved by HEC/PM&DC or internationally indexed medical journals in the relevant specialty.
  • Tenure of Appointment: Appointed for a term of Four (04) years and eligible for re-appointment subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.

3. Nursing Director

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Pay Scale (IPS): 10
  • Age Limit: 40 to 65 years
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • A recognized nursing degree (BSc Nursing or equivalent) from an institution recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council; and
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing or healthcare management (e.g., MSc Nursing, M.Phil, MHA Health Management, or Clinical Nursing Leadership).
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in a recognized healthcare institution.
  • At least 5 years in a nursing leadership role, such as Head of Nursing, Chief Nurse, or equivalent.
  • Tenure of Appointment: Appointed for a term of Four (04) years and eligible for re-appointment subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.
