How to Prepare for This Role
- Short Term Project Personnel at NRPU Project No. 165444-43 requires a minimum of 12 years of education, which means Intermediate (FSc, FA, ICS, I.Com, or equivalent) or higher qualifications. This is a minimum threshold, not a ceiling. Candidates with DAE, bachelor's degrees, or diplomas are equally eligible and their higher qualifications should be listed in the CV. Attach your most recent educational certificate as a supporting document with the application.
- The role covers six specific support areas: field coordination, data collection, data entry, dashboard or portal support, documentation, and technical reporting. Structure your CV to reflect any work or experience you have had in these areas, even from internships, volunteer work, or academic projects. Field coordination and data collection experience from surveys or research projects is directly relevant to the ANN-based skills mapping project this position supports.
- Practical exposure to IT skills is listed as the key preference criterion. This can include basic computer proficiency, use of Microsoft Office tools for documentation and data entry, familiarity with online portals or dashboards, experience with data entry in any software system, or working knowledge of Google Workspace tools. You do not need a formal IT qualification to be considered, but listing specific tools you have used and tasks you have performed with them will strengthen your application.
- Dashboard or portal support is one of the stated support areas. If you have any experience working with or maintaining online portals, government data systems, survey platforms, or even basic web-based forms and dashboards, mention this specifically. The project involves a placement pilot and may require ongoing portal maintenance and support throughout the 10-month contract period.
- Technical reporting is also listed as a required support area. This means preparing written summaries, progress reports, or structured documentation for the project. If you have experience preparing reports for any organization, even academic lab reports, office memos, or field visit summaries, these demonstrate the kind of structured writing that technical reporting requires. Mention specific formats or tools you have used for report preparation.
- The application email subject must follow the format: Application for Short Term Project Personnel, NRPU Project No. 165444-43. Submit your CV, CNIC copy, educational documents, and experience certificates to saud.nrpu@nsu.edu.pk before 30 June 2026. The maximum contract duration for this position is 10 months, which is shorter than the 18-month positions in the same project, so plan your availability and notice period accordingly if you are currently employed elsewhere.
