Medical Teaching Institution, Bannu has been designated as an autonomous institution with a Board of Governors as prescribed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Act 2015 (amended). MTI Bannu invites applications from qualified nursing professionals for the position of Nursing Director on a contract basis. The Nursing Director will be responsible for leading nursing services, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining administrative and teaching standards in accordance with MTI Act 2015 regulations. Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Qualified nurse (RN), with an advanced degree in Nursing (BScN), preferably MScN/MSN with at least seven years administrative and teaching experience in a reputable health care facility, and Current Nursing Council Registration
  • Minimum Experience: At least seven years administrative and teaching experience in a reputable health care facility
  • Regulatory Compliance: Service of the incumbent shall be governed under the MTI Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations made thereunder

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Nursing Director shall be answerable to the Board of Governors MTI Bannu
  • Perform duties as laid down in the KP MTI Act 2015 (amended) and the MTI Regulations
  • Execute duties as assigned by the Board of Governors
  • Lead nursing services and ensure quality patient care standards
  • Oversee nursing education and training programs
  • Maintain nursing staff supervision and development
  • Ensure compliance with MTI regulations and healthcare standards
