A renowned packaging manufacturing company located at Port Qasim, Karachi is offering a 24-month apprenticeship program for Operators. This position is ideal for DAE graduates in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Technology to gain hands-on experience in production operations. Trainees will work alongside experienced operators and learn manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- • Operate manufacturing equipment under supervision
- • Monitor production processes and parameters
- • Learn equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- • Support production team in daily operations
- • Maintain safety standards and protocols
- • Record operational data and reports
Requirements
- ✓ 3 Years DAE Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Technology
- ✓ Age between 18 and 25 years
- ✓ Willingness to work in shifts (6 days/week, 8 hours/day)
- ✓ Physical fitness for manufacturing operations
- ✓ Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- ✓ Commitment to complete 24-month apprenticeship
