Qualification & Experience
- BS (04-year) in Anesthesia / Surgical Technology from recognized Institute.
- At least five years post qualification relevant experience of Operation Theater of a public or Private sector reputed hospital.

As an OT Manager, the panel will assess not just your technical skills but your managerial capability. Be ready to describe a situation where you managed an OT challenge, coordinated between surgical and anesthesia teams, or improved an OT process. Demonstrating leadership and problem-solving experience in the OT setting distinguishes you from purely technical candidates.
The selected candidate will carry out duties under the MTI Act-2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations-2019. Be ready to discuss your understanding of working within a regulated teaching hospital OT, including documentation requirements, reporting to hospital management, coordination with the surgical department head, and compliance with hospital infection control policy.
