Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work

The designated Property Accountant will manage comprehensive day-to-day real estate financial portfolios, tracking operations across multiple functional domains:

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

• Prepare highly accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the assigned property portfolio.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and record precise journal entries.

Accounts Payable, Cash Management & Ledger Control

• Maintain long-term fixed asset depreciation and amortization schedules.
