About This Role

The Federal Board of Revenue invites expressions of interest from eligible individual consultants for the position of Project Management Specialist - II under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP), financed by the World Bank. This is a contract position for a professional with significant experience in managing projects in IT, infrastructure, or public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage or support management of individual projects
  • Conduct project planning and scheduling
  • Monitor and control project execution
  • Prepare project reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure project quality and compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in project management
  • Significant experience in IT, infrastructure, or public sector projects
  • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control
  • Experience in PMO or program management structure advantageous
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (ClickUp, MS Project, etc.)
