Project Manager Sewerage Services - PPP

Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KWSC) seeks an experienced Project Manager for Sewerage Services to lead sewerage infrastructure development projects under the Chief Strategic Officer - PPP. This contract position plays a critical role in overseeing consultants and monitoring sewerage network performance, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining financial compliance, and achieving strategic infrastructure goals. The role requires extensive experience in large-scale water and sewerage project management.

Key Responsibilities

• • Oversee the management and monitoring of work performed by consultants appointed for the TAS and FS projects
• • Monitor the performance of the sewerage network through the firm appointed for sanitary workers
• • Ensure timely completion of projects and provide high-quality assistance
• • Strictly ensure compliance with financial and administrative (fiduciary) requirements
• • Report daily progress of sewerage services works to the CSO/CEO to ensure established goals are achieved

Requirements

• ✓ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (registration with Pakistan Engineering Council is mandatory)
• ✓ Minimum 20 years of experience in the water/wastewater sector, specifically including wide-scale development
• ✓ 15 years of experience in planning, design, and construction supervision of large-scale water projects, including hydraulic structures and sewerage transmission pipelines (such as FIDC)
• ✓ Age limit: Minimum 45 years, maximum 62 years (no relaxation permitted)
