About the Job

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is Punjab Government's flagship initiative transforming Pakistan's workforce through skills training and digital programs. PSDF is now seeking a motivated and results-driven professional for the role of Specialist, Digital Programs at Grade 2. Reporting to the HOD Digital Programs, this role is central to managing, executing, and improving PSDF's digital skills development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital and skills development programs across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Update and revise training curricula aligned with current industry requirements and emerging digital trends
• Conduct research, labour market assessments, and skills gap analyses to inform program design
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely delivery of program deliverables
• Engage with employers, training providers, and government departments for program alignment and implementation
• Support the implementation and integration of digital tools and platforms across PSDF programs
• Monitor program progress and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications on program outcomes and impact
• Develop concept notes, proposals, implementation plans, and budgets for digital programs
• Research emerging technologies and digital economy trends to inform PSDF's workforce development strategy

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or any relevant/similar field from an HEC-recognized/accredited university

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar field
• Preferred: Program Management, Program Execution, or Program Design experience
