Key Responsibilities

  • Direct end-to-end project execution from planning, design validation, through commissioning and handover activities
  • Validate system designs for CCTV infrastructure, access control systems, structured cabling, and telecom infrastructure
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans aligned with client requirements
  • Manage commercial coordination activities including client invoicing, contract administration, and change orders
  • Monitor project progress, quality compliance, and adherence to technical standards throughout execution
  • Lead system testing, commissioning procedures, and customer handover activities
  • Coordinate across multiple vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare technical documentation, project status reports, and compliance records
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical or commercial challenges
  • Maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure all work meets quality benchmarks and relevant safety standards

Required Qualifications & Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or closely related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience managing ICT/ELV/Security Systems projects
  • Demonstrated expertise with large-scale infrastructure projects in telecommunications or security systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, Access Control technologies, Structured Cabling infrastructure, and Fiber optic systems
  • Excellent project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with contract management and invoicing
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha with flexibility for site visits and client engagements
