About Policy Board - Medical Teaching Institutions Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Support quality improvement initiatives across MTI-affiliated healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in quality assurance audits and assessments
• Support implementation of quality standards
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation
• Assist with data collection for quality metrics
• Support training on quality procedures
• Help coordinate QA activities across facilities
• Assist in preparing quality reports
• Support compliance monitoring
• Help identify quality improvement opportunities
• Maintain QA records and filing systems

Requirements

✓ Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in health-related subjects
✓ Certificate in healthcare quality
✓ Experience or internship in QA department of hospital (preferred)
✓ Knowledge of healthcare quality concepts
