Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor ISO, HCC, and JCI quality standards across facilities
• Develop quality assurance frameworks and policies
• Conduct quality audits and assessments
• Identify areas for improvement and create action plans
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures
• Prepare quality assurance reports and documentation
• Coordinate with facility management on compliance
• Monitor adherence to healthcare quality regulations
• Facilitate accreditation processes
• Recommend quality enhancement initiatives

Requirements

✓ Master's degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or Numerical Sciences
✓ 3-4 years post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance
✓ Good knowledge of ISO standards
✓ Good knowledge of HCC (Health Care Commission) standards
✓ Good knowledge of JCI (Joint Commission International) standards
✓ Certificate in healthcare quality (preferred)
✓ Experience in healthcare settings
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓ Excellent documentation abilities
✓ Knowledge of quality management systems
