About This Role
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) invites applications for the position of Secondary School Principal (Afternoon shift) at their school in Noorpur, near Barki, Lahore. This is a permanent leadership role where you will oversee academic excellence, teacher development, student assessment management, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities
- • Monitor school performance and student progress

Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Graduate degree (BSc, BA, B.Com., BPA) - minimum
- ✓ Professional degree B-Ed/M-Ed (preferred)
- ✓ 2+ years teaching experience in secondary school
- ✓ OR 1+ years as Senior Teacher/Vice Principal/Principal
- ✓ OR 1+ years in non-school management
- ✓ Demonstrated achievement and leadership skills
- ✓ Effective communication abilities
- ✓ Strong relationship-building skills
- ✓ Commitment to educational advancement
- ✓ Female candidates only - age 25-45 years
