Senior Associate - Audit

Har Aik Global Associates LLP is seeking a Senior Associate - Audit to assist in planning and execution of audit engagements for clients across various industries in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on diverse audit projects. The ideal candidate should have 2.5-5 years of audit experience from established firms and be part-qualified or pursuing CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in planning and execution of audit engagements for clients across various industries
• • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements
• • Review financial statements for compliance with relevant standards
• • Document findings and audit evidence in CaseWare
• • Liaise with clients and management on audit progress and requirements
• • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and management letters
• • Perform analytical procedures to identify risks and anomalies

Requirements

• ✓ 2.5–5 years of audit experience (preferably at established firms)
• ✓ Part-qualified or pursuing CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification
• ✓ Proficiency in MS Excel and audit software (CaseWare)
• ✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ✓ Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• ✓ Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
