Eligibility Criteria

Education

• FCPS in Paediatrics or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution

Experience

Potential Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, clinical teaching sessions, and bedside instruction to medical students and FCPS trainees in paediatric critical care
• Supervise and mentor FCPS trainees and junior medical officers within the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Manage critically ill paediatric patients including diagnosis, treatment planning, monitoring, and family counseling
• Conduct case-based discussions, journal clubs, and mortality and morbidity review sessions for the department
• Develop and contribute to curricula for paediatric critical care training programs in line with CPSP requirements
• Ensure adherence to SIUT clinical protocols, infection control standards, and evidence-based practices in the PICU
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and allied health professionals
• Contribute to departmental research, quality improvement initiatives, and academic publications
