Key Responsibilities
- • Lead HMIS implementation teams across multiple facilities
- • Develop comprehensive implementation plans and strategies
- • Mobilize and manage implementation teams
- • Manage project risks and ensure mitigation
- • Ensure timely delivery of HMIS deployments
- • Act as primary focal person with MTI management
- • Coordinate with health facilities for deployment
- • Monitor project progress and reporting
- • Manage project budget and resources
- • Ensure successful system adoption and training
- • Resolve implementation challenges and issues
- • Maintain stakeholder communication and updates
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Project Management or equivalent
- ✓ Extensive experience with HMIS implementation
- ✓ Project management expertise across multiple sites
- ✓ Experience leading implementation teams
- ✓ Risk management capabilities
- ✓ Timeline and budget management skills
- ✓ Healthcare IT system knowledge
- ✓ Strong stakeholder communication
- ✓ Ability to work with diverse healthcare settings
- ✓ Understanding of healthcare facility operations

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Project Management
- ✓ Significant HMIS implementation experience

- ✓ Risk and timeline management capabilities

- 9 The Policy Board reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- 10 The prescribed quota for disabilities and minorities will be maintained as per rule.
- 11 Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant the decision of the selection committee will be final subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
- 12 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
- 13 After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
