Key Responsibilities

• • Lead HMIS implementation teams across multiple facilities
• • Develop comprehensive implementation plans and strategies
• • Mobilize and manage implementation teams
• • Manage project risks and ensure mitigation
• • Ensure timely delivery of HMIS deployments
• • Act as primary focal person with MTI management
• • Coordinate with health facilities for deployment
• • Monitor project progress and reporting
• • Manage project budget and resources
• • Ensure successful system adoption and training
• • Resolve implementation challenges and issues
• • Maintain stakeholder communication and updates

Requirements & Qualifications

• ✓ Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Project Management or equivalent
• ✓ Extensive experience with HMIS implementation
• ✓ Project management expertise across multiple sites
• ✓ Experience leading implementation teams
• ✓ Risk management capabilities
• ✓ Timeline and budget management skills
• ✓ Healthcare IT system knowledge
• ✓ Strong stakeholder communication
• ✓ Ability to work with diverse healthcare settings
• ✓ Understanding of healthcare facility operations
• ✓ Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• ✓ Project documentation and reporting experience

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
