About Policy Board - Medical Teaching Institutions Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Lead critical healthcare IT transformation initiatives through Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) implementation across multiple MTI facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead HMIS implementation teams across multiple facilities
- • Develop comprehensive implementation plans and strategies
- • Mobilize and manage implementation teams
- • Manage project risks and ensure mitigation
- • Ensure timely delivery of HMIS deployments
- • Act as primary focal person with MTI management
- • Coordinate with health facilities for deployment
- • Monitor project progress and reporting
- • Manage project budget and resources
- • Ensure successful system adoption and training
- • Resolve implementation challenges and issues
- • Maintain stakeholder communication and updates
