About the Job

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), which is a high-level apex body established by the Government of Pakistan to facilitate investment and accelerate sustainable economic growth, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Manager IT (Website/Digital & Print Media). The role is to assist and support the Media Expert & Spokesperson in official assignments and project activities.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

1. Development and regular updating, administration, maintenance of dynamic platform/website for "Invest Pakistan" and official websites of SIFC.
2. Social Media Coverage for all project/SIFC events and meetings.
3. Electronic dissemination of press releases, advertisements to appropriate platforms for all internal and external meetings as well as seminars / conferences and workshops.
4. Development and maintenance of customized software solutions.
5. Maintenance and administration of Local Area Network (LAN) with network routers, switches, firewall and servers with policies as per latest industry standards. Ensure network security by installation of Firewall/Antivirus.
6. Any other tasks assigned by the competent authority.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. / BS (Software Engineering)/Computer Science/IT, or equivalent (16 years of education) with at least 5 years post qualification experience. Candidates having Professional Certification / Workshops will be given advantage.

Experience

At least 5 years post qualification experience in relevant field including 1 year in lead role, Media Marketing /Web-Development / Graphic Designing / Software Development, Proficient in Drupal, Laravel, Adobe Creative Suite especially in Photoshop.
