• MBBS from a recognized medical institution in Pakistan or abroad
• Level III qualification or equivalent in the respective subject as recognized by PM&DC
• Requisite experience in the relevant specialty as per PM&DC Rules 2025
• Recognition of Experience and Eligibility duly approved by PM&DC
• Valid PM&DC License
