Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Maintenance: Carrying out specialized system, hardware, and network maintenance tasks, including running advanced network monitoring tools and system protection software to optimize technology performance.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible professional experience within the IT sector, with a strong background working in administrative or technical frameworks inside the United Nations system or prominent international organizations.

Active participation in business process re-engineering efforts to streamline IT service management workflows.
