Required Qualification
- Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, MBA (Finance), CA/ACCA, Development Economics, Agricultural Policy, or related discipline from a recognized national/international university
- Certification in fintech, microfinance, or insurance preferred
Required Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in Agri-Finance, rural credit, or agri-investment development
- 8+ years in agri-financial policy, credit systems, fintech, or insurance schemes
- Proven experience in public-private financing and policy formulation
- Experience with commercial banks, SECP, SBP, DFIs, donors, or insurance providers
- Skills in policy drafting, financial modeling, and investment strategy design
