Eligibility Criteria
- FA/FSc/I.Com/D.Com (1st Division with 6 month Office Automation Course).
Terms and Conditions
- The posts are purely temporary but likely to coatinue for an indefinite period.
- Employment will be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) scheme as per rules / policy in vogue at the time of appointment.
- Where the prescribed qualification is first Division in the final degree, only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility.
- Age limit is 35 years on closing gate of advertisement. However, relaxation in age may be given as per rules.
- The required qualification / experience must be completed by closing date of the advertisement.
- Experience will only be considered if acquired after minimum prescribed qualification against each post.
- Candidates already employed in Govt. / Semi Govt. organizations must provide No Objectica Certificate (NOC) from their employers at the time of test / interview.
- Candidates must have obtained all educational certificates / diplomas / degrees from Govt. recognized institutions.
- Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply.
- All requirements i.e degrees, certificates, experience, courses etc. must be completed by closing date of advertisement.
- Fuling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If large number of applicants meet selection criteria, only the candidates with higher standing in marks/divisions / CGPA / percentage and or more experience would be shortlisted.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
- Initial place of posting is Islamabad, however, the selected candidate can be posted anywhere in Pakistan during their service.
- The organization reservss the right to withdraw / cancel the post (s) or reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.

How to Prepare for This Role
Complete Office Automation Training
A 6-month Office Automation Course is mandatory for this role. Ensure your certificate is from a Govt. recognized institution and is completed before the closing date.
