Responsibilities and Skills
- Support the drafting and revision of rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for government approval.
- Help implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy, and security regulations.
- Conduct research and provide legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA's functions.
- Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
- Support in preparation of reports, recommendations, and legal documents to support senior management decisions.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions on policy, compliance, and regulatory matters to guide decision-making.
- Good understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy.
- Possess research, analytical, legal drafting, and opinion writing skills, with a good command of written and verbal communication.
Educational Background
- LL.B or Bar at Law
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
Terms and Conditions
- Selected candidate (if required for permanent appointment) will be hired on contract basis.

- Upper age limit includes 5 years relaxation.
