Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal scenarios across multiple practice areas.
• Review contracts, regulatory filings, and legal documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Interpret laws, regulations, and policies to support structured legal evaluations.
• Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case-based scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve legal evaluations and documentation standards.
• Identify knowledge issues, legal risks, and compliance gaps within legal materials.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality as work performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in legal research, contract analysis, or regulatory interpretation.
• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical reasoning abilities.
• Familiarity with legal compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
