Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites applications for Deputy Board Secretary position under the Board Secretariat. The Deputy Board Secretary reports to the Board Secretary and assists in managing board operations, drafting agendas, notices, recording minutes of Board's and its Sub-committees' meetings and coordinating meetings.

Requirements
- ✓ Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related discipline from HEC-recognized university
- ✓ Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in board secretariat, corporate governance, or relative administrative roles
- ✓ Preferably in public sector or large organizations
- ✓ Strong knowledge of board procedures, documentation, and governance practices
- ✓ Age limit: Maximum 45 years

Education
